FlyThisSim Awarded New FAA Approvals

FlyThisSim TouchTrainers receive updated approvals that include their FM 100 and FM 210 systems

San Jose, CA-April 2016… FlyThisSim LLC are pleased to announce that the FAA have added their FM 210 two seat and FM 100 single seat simulators to their Letter of Approval.

“FlyThisSim and the FAA have been working together for 6 months to gain approval for the FM 100 and 210”. As well as the new platforms added but all of FlyThisSim’s other simulators have had their LOAs expiry date set back to 1st April 2021”, said Carl Suttle Joint CEO of FlyThisSim.

A separate FM 210 approval has been gained for their Robinson R22/44 simulators which have much to gain from 210 degree horizontal and 70 degree vertical field of view visual system. “Our visual display system has the field of view, resolution, brightness, texture detail, and the 60 Hz smooth response to enable first class demonstration and practice of hovering techniques. A first at a $37k price point”, continued Suttle.

Founded in 2007, FlyThisSim markets fixed and rotary wing simulators to Pilots, Flight Schools, Aviation Colleges and Independent Instructors using high quality simulations specific to their aircraft. TouchTrainers simulate Beech, Cessna, Cirrus, Corvalis, Commander, Diamond, Mooney, Piper and Robinson aircraft fitted with G1000, G5/600, Avidyne Entegra, and King instrumentation along with King, Garmin, Avidyne and Century autopilots.
